We founded GLOW from our own journey through burnout to profound restoration. Our vision for GLOW is to create a nurturing sanctuary where women can renew their inner radiance, leaving empowered, restored and connected.

We have walked the path of corporate burnout and emerged with a deeper understanding of what it means to truly care for ourselves. After decades in corporate America, we experienced our own journey of burnout and the challenging process of rediscovering mental health and wellness.
