  • GLOW Retreat does not offer refunds. To create this transformative experience, we make significant financial commitments to Suncadia Resort, our private chef, spa treatments, facilitators, and other vendors months in advance—commitments we cannot recover if participants need to cancel.

    Because life is unpredictable, we require all participants to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Travel insurance covers you in case unexpected circumstances—illness, family emergencies, work conflicts, or other unforeseen events—prevent you from attending. Most policies cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and travel delays.

    The GLOW retreat experience is carefully curated well in advance. Our venue, private chefs, facilitators, and wellness practitioners are committed and contracted early to ensure every detail is in place for you. Because of these commitments, we are unable to offer refunds should something unexpected arise.

    Travel insurance ensures that if life happens—an illness, a family emergency, an unexpected circumstance—you won't lose the investment you've made in your own restoration. We never want a guest to be in a position where they're absorbing a financial loss on top of an already difficult situation.

    We ask every guest to secure appropriate travel insurance coverage prior to the retreat, and participation is contingent upon doing so. This small step protects you, honors our vendors and facilitators, and allows the entire experience to be delivered with the quality and care you deserve.

  • Yes, absolutely. Nourishment is an essential part of the GLOW experience, and we take your dietary needs and restrictions seriously. Our private chefs prepare all meals using locally-sourced ingredients, and we work closely with them to ensure every dish honors your individual needs—whether you have allergies, intolerances, religious or ethical dietary practices, or medical requirements.

    After your registration is confirmed, we will gather your specific dietary requirements during our pre-retreat onboarding process. This gives our culinary team ample time to plan and prepare so that your meals feel thoughtful and inclusive, not modified or lacking.

    All Suncadia Resort locations are ADA compliant, including lodging, spa, meeting rooms, and fitness studio. Accessible parking, pathways, and facilities are available throughout the resort property.

    Some activities, including meals and workshops, may be hosted in a private home. We will work individually with each guest to ensure they have access to the necessary areas within the private residence and that the experience feels seamless and dignified—not an afterthought.

    We encourage you to share your accessibility needs during registration so we can plan proactively. No detail is too small. Our goal is for you to arrive and simply be present—not managing logistics or worrying about access. You deserve to focus entirely on your restoration.
