Choosing to invest in yourself, to carve out time for deep restoration, and to do it in community with other women who are committed to the same thing? That is a powerful act. One we do not take lightly.
We have been thoughtfully preparing for your arrival — from the meals and the spa treatments to the workshops and the quiet moments in between. Every detail has been curated with one intention in mind: to create the conditions for you to truly rest, reconnect, and emerge renewed.
This Know Before you Glow page is your guide to everything you need to know before you arrive. Please read it carefully, complete the forms included, and reach out if you have any questions at all.

Next Steps
You have completed your registration — wonderful. Here is what to do next to ensure your spot is fully secured and your experience is set up for success.
Step 1: If you haven’t already,complete your payment via the secure link provided in your registration confirmation email. Payment is required within 3 days of registration to reserve your spot.
Step 2: Purchase travel insurance within 14-21 days of your deposit to maximize your coverage options. Travel insurance is required for all GLOW participants. See details below.
Step 3: Complete the Dietary & Accommodation Needs form below within 5 days of registration. This ensures our chef and venue team can prepare specifically for you.
Step 4: Book your transportation to and from Suncadia Resort as soon as possible. The earlier you book, the better.
Step 5: Review your packing list and bring what you need to be fully comfortable and cared for.

A Note on Arrival:
We ask that you arrive at the Lodge within the check-in window so we can welcome you properly and get you settled before our opening ceremony. If you are traveling from a distance and need to arrive the evening before, please contact us and we will do our best to support your travel plans.
We also kindly ask that you allow the retreat experience to be a digital sabbatical — a space away from email, social media, and the noise of the every day. You will be supported, connected, and fully cared for. Trust the space.
What To Pack
We have thought of nearly everything — but here are some essentials to bring along. Pack lightly, thoughtfully, and comfortably. This is not a retreat for performance. It is a retreat for restoration.
Clothing & Comfort
Comfortable, layered clothing for indoor sessions
Yoga pants, soft joggers, or any comfortable movement wear
One outfit for the community engagement outing (casual)
Cozy layers — mornings and evenings in Cle Elum can be cool
Comfortable walking shoes and supportive footwear
Cozy slippers or socks for indoor relaxation
Bathing suit for spa soaking tubs, sauna and steam room
A hat for sunny days and outdoor activities
Self-Care & Wellness
Personal toiletries and skincare essentials, including sunscreen
Any prescription medications or supplements you take daily
An open heart — seriously, that is the most important thing
Please note: Suncadia Lodge provides standard hotel amenities including towels, linens, and a hair dryer. You do not need to bring yoga mats — those are provided. All workshop materials, take-home gifts, and spa amenities are included.
Dietary Needs & Accommodations

Nourishment is an essential part of the GLOW experience. Our private chef prepares all meals using locally-sourced ingredients, and every dish is crafted with care — not modified or lacking, but intentionally designed for you.
To ensure your meals feel as thoughtful and personal as everything else at GLOW, we ask that you complete the form below within 5 days of registration. Your responses go directly to our culinary team so they can plan with care and intention.
The form below will ask you about:
1. Allergies or intolerances (e.g., gluten, dairy, tree nuts, shellfish, soy)
2. Dietary practices (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, Kosher, Halal, plant-based)
3. Medical dietary requirements (e.g., low-sodium, diabetic-friendly)
4. Foods you strongly dislike or prefer to avoid
5. Anything else we should know about how you eat and what makes you feel well

Every guest deserves to move through the retreat experience with ease, comfort, and confidence. We have taken care to choose a venue that supports the full range of needs our guests may bring — and we will work individually with you to ensure nothing stands between you and your restoration.

Traveling from Out of State?
If you are flying in, SeaTac International Airport (SEA) is your closest major airport. From the airport, you can rent a car, book a private car service, or arrange a rideshare. We encourage you to connect with other GLOW attendees to coordinate travel — the community begins before the retreat does.

Travel Insurance
We require travel insurance because we want to protect your investment in yourself — and we mean that sincerely. The GLOW retreat experience is carefully curated well in advance. Our venue, private chefs, facilitators, and wellness practitioners are committed and contracted months ahead to ensure every detail is in place for you.
Because of these commitments, we are unable to offer refunds should something unexpected arise. Travel insurance ensures that if life happens — an illness, a family emergency, an unforeseen circumstance — you won't lose the investment you've made in your own restoration. Participation in GLOW is contingent upon having appropriate coverage in place.
